1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE AND APPLICATION

Use of the ILuv2Gamble.com banner exchange program and its services are provided to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated or altered from time to time without prior notice. By using the ILuv2Gamble.com banner exchange program, you are agreeing to all of these terms, conditions and notices, without modification.

2. WEB SITE OWNER (WSO) ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

WSO's Responsibilities: WSO is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of WSO's password and account, and for any and all activities which occur under WSO's account or password. WSO agrees to immediately notify ILuv2Gamble.com of any unauthorized use of WSO's account, password, or any other breach of security known to WSO.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ILuv2Gamble.com PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND WSO USES SUCH SERVICE AT ITS SOLE RISK.

ILuv2Gamble.com MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET ILuv2Gamble.com'S REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES ILuv2Gamble.com MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

ILuv2Gamble.com MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ILuv2Gamble.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ILuv2Gamble.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO WSO.

5. TERMINATION

Termination: ILuv2Gamble.com may terminate your account at any time, without notice if we deem it appropriate. ILuv2Gamble.com shall not be liable to WSO or any third party for termination of Service.

This site contains links to third-party web sites. These linked sites are not under the control of the ILuv2Gamble.com web site, and the ILuv2Gamble.com web site is under no circumstances responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. The ILuv2Gamble.com web site provides these links only as a convenience and as a service to Users, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site by the ILuv2Gamble.com web site.

By participating in the ILuv2Gamble Banner Exchange further you agree to abide by the following prohibitions:

English sites only. Your site and your banners must be in English. On rare occasions we may allow a non English site, however, this is at our own discretion.
No Banner Farms. We will not allow any website with no original content to join our network. This is not fair for those hardworking webmasters, who display our banner prominently, or for advertisers.
Unsuitable Content. The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in ILuv2Gamble: Sites containing nudity, pornography, tobacco or other adult material, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, or any other sites ILuv2Gamble deems to be inappropriate.
Dysfunctional Banner. We will be automatically rejecting any website which either doesn't have a working banner, or which contains a banner of such a poor quality that it would present ILuv2Gamble or its members with a bad image.
Banner Location. The ILuv2Gamble banner must be located in a prominent location and not conflict with a banner of an opposing banner exchange. The banner code should be located on the top half of the main page, accessible to the viewer without the need to scroll down. This restriction improves the overall quality of the ILuv2Gamble member sites, and certifies that every ones banner is located and displayed in an attractive and prominent location.
Modification of Banner Code. Except for changing the page source in your code, anyone who modifies our special banner code will lose their account along with any credits earned.
Cancellations. You may cancel your account at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice if we deem it appropriate.
Your Privacy. ILuv2Gamble respects your privacy. ILuv2Gamble does not sell, rent or give any identifiable personal information regarding its subscribers to any third party. Any information that you give to us is held with the utmost care and security.
You must add our code to your site within 30 days or your site will be automatically deleted.
By joining you will allow ILuv2Gamble to send you information in regards to your account, our own specials and advertisements from our sponsors.
